Rescued from the streets, Murphy and Callie ensure that Arden gives felines their fair share of attention. They enjoy power naps, oodles of treats, cackling at birds perched on the outside feeder, and supervising Arden as she edits each monthly issue of Catnip.

These second-chance dogs, Chipper (a Husky-Golden Retriever mix) and Cleo (a Maltese-terrier mix), provide plenty of canine antics in Arden's life. Chipper, a canine celebrity, makes many media appearances, including as America's Party Animal on CNN-Headline news. Cleo, the newest arrival, is teaching Arden that little dogs sport big hearts.
